My goal is to gain stronger self-confidence. The problem is not to think bad of me. Conflicts quickly arise when I am disrespected but do not want to spoil me with the person. My war plan to make it: – write down the internal dialogue. – What I appreciate and like about myself. – Coaching Thanksgiving. – make me aware of the circumstances where I have received praise and received appreciative comments. – Do not consult with strangers for comparison, but only look at the development. – do something and bring it on stage. – solve bad influences. – practice my mishap. – messing around with people who are doing well in my development. – To paper, which I have excellently made. With the strategies, I’m sure I’m on a good way to make my life successful.
