My goal is to tackle things by getting involved in action. My problem is often your own convenience. The conflict quickly arises between the chair and the new action. For many actions there is an autism in the daily routine, which is to be penetrated. First, I set small achievable goals. Tiny steps in the daily routine. Avoid any perfectionism in the new project. Focus on the “how” of the new. To reach solutions and not to think in problems. Do not delay the beginning of the new habit, but start immediately. The first four weeks have to be overcome, so that the new action is firmly integrated into the daily routine.
