My tactics to borrow from the Matrix: – first make aware of everyday life without distraction. – solve of contemporaries, processes and things that do me no good. – live a simple life. – develop a lifestyle with more scope for action and time periods. – mentally aware of everyday life. – thankful for the small events in life. – no states of anxiety have a different appearance. – to train many times over. – give something back to others at equal intervals. This should be a start to a happy life.
