My goal is to have more happiness in life. The problem with this is the happiness of recognizing and rejoicing in the insignificant events and things of life. Conflicts quickly arise between happiness in everyday life, the hectic pace of everyday life and practical constraints. I want to change my life with the war plan: – practice matters that I like. – Use period with people who are very popular with me. – act with thanks. – decimate trouble. – often float into the outdoors. – practicing expressing is out of the question. – deal with your own wishes and visions of the future. – Note the luck moments in a notebook. – get the sport on the line. – Do meditation exercises daily. – be careful with myself. – clear things away, people I’m sorry for. – cherish and maintain a restful night’s sleep. – be alive at this point and this moment. – practice to forgive. With the steps I should succeed in achieving a happy and successful life.
