My goal is to become happier and more successful. I use goals for that. The problem is first of all to find the most important goal. The conflict arises from the many distracting thoughts that come to my mind about the subject. I will tackle it with the following measures: – Select an exact destination for me and work out a battle plan for implementation. – act immediately and be active. – do not listen to my tummy. – lead the perception to the bombing success. – Strengthen the enthusiasm by visualizing daily. – judge of regression and failure as feedback. – show commitment and do not be discouraged. – full attention to the achievement of the goal. – Rethink and check how it went at the end of the month. With the measures I should be able to achieve my goals set.
