What is possible only when these are torn. Then a conflict quickly ensues between a new project and negative beliefs that we carry around with us. I write for over a week on what negative beliefs go through my head. Which values and attitudes I represent. Then analyze what negative sentences come from whom. Reformulate negative beliefs into positive ones. Avoid words like none and not because the subconscious mind can not distinguish that. Say positive affirmations daily for 10 minutes. Pay attention to the inner dialogue and do not criticize me constantly, but look at life positively. Have an inner conversation like with a good friend.
